The West Carter High School Alumni Scholarship Foundation will empower, inspire, develop and financially support students who dream of continuing their education via collegiate and post-secondary, vocational institutions.

About Us

The West Carter High School Alumni Scholarship Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on providing scholarships to graduating seniors pursuing continuing education in college and in post-secondary, vocational institutions.

Established in May of 2016 by David Fraley, the West Carter High School Alumni Scholarship Foundation raises funds for students who need financial assistance to attend post high school education. Selection is based on a variety of criteria that includes grade point average, community service, written essay and one-on-one interview.

Funds are raised throughout the year with private and corporate donations and through fundraising events.
